Users access SafeSurf IQ through a username and password.

For users under 13, accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian through a master account. Parents can create child accounts and set initial login credentials, which are reset on first login.

We use collected data only to:

• Provide access to learning content
• Track course progress
• Maintain user sessions and authentication

We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

Your data is stored in a secure database (Neon) with encryption at rest.

The application is hosted on Vercel. We rely on Vercel's built-in error reporting to maintain system stability.

We do not maintain additional logging or tracking systems.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.

We only use essential infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) to operate the application.

SafeSurf IQ allows users under 13 only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Parents are responsible for creating and managing child accounts. They control access and can manage or delete accounts at any time.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

We retain only account information and course progress for as long as the account is active. Data can be removed upon request or account deletion.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date.
