SafeSurfIQ Terms and Conditions

SafeSurf IQ is intended for users aged 13 and above.

Users under 13 may only use SafeSurf IQ with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian through a parent-managed account.

Users access SafeSurf IQ through a username and password.

• Parent or guardian accounts act as the primary account holder
• Parents may create and manage child accounts
• Parents are responsible for all activity under their accounts and linked child accounts
• Account credentials must be kept secure and not shared

We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.

SafeSurf IQ is a paid service.

• All payments are processed through DodoPayments
• Only parents or legal guardians are permitted to complete purchases
• Children are not allowed to make payments

We do not store payment details such as card numbers or billing information.

You agree to use SafeSurf IQ only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Share or resell access to accounts
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Use the service in a way that harms other users or the system

We collect only minimal data required for functionality:

• Username and password
• Course progress data

For child users, all data is managed under a parent-controlled account.

We do not use data for advertising or profiling.

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

• Creating and managing child accounts
• Monitoring usage and progress
• Deleting accounts if needed
• Providing consent for users under 13

• Data is stored securely using Neon database with encryption at rest
• The platform is hosted on Vercel
• We do not maintain external logging systems beyond infrastructure-level error reporting

We use trusted third-party providers:

• DodoPayments for payment processing
• Neon for database storage
• Vercel for hosting and error reporting

These providers may process limited data necessary for their services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
• Required for security or legal reasons

Parents may delete accounts at any time. Deletion removes all associated child data.

We aim to keep SafeSurf IQ available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not responsible for downtime, maintenance interruptions, or third-party service outages.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of SafeSurf IQafter changes means you accept the updated Terms.
